3-WAY FLOORSTANDING LOUDSPEAKER
Vestia N°3 is a slender 3-way bass-reflex floorstanding loudspeaker delivering accomplished performance. Following in the footsteps of the Aria 936 model, it offers linear listening and outstanding neutrality. Its impressive dynamics delivered by three bass speaker drivers with a Slatefiber cone allow it to present the best of Home Cinema and Hi-Fi listening alike. Meanwhile, the treble is enhanced by another Focal technology – the ‘M’-shaped inverted dome TAM tweeter. Finally, the tilted stands on the loudspeakers enable a soundstage focused on the listener (Time Alignment), for even deeper immersion and more emotions.
Thanks to a choice of harmonious and refined finishes – black or white leather-effect front panel, Black High Gloss, Dark Wood or Light Wood side panels – these loudspeakers can be easily installed in any interior. Vestia N°3 is ideal for rooms from 269 sq. ft (25m²). It can be combined with the SUB 600P subwoofer for an even higher performing system and encompassing bass.
THE SLATEFIBER CONE
Exclusive to Focal and made in France, Slatefiber technology involves the use of recycled, non-woven carbon fibres applied as a filling sandwiched between two layers of thermoplastic polymer. In their quest for perfection, Focal engineers have opted to use non-woven carbon fibres and to arrange them in the same direction to achieve even greater rigidity, better damping but also lightness – the three “essentials” of a great speaker driver.
THE ‘M’-SHAPED INVERTED DOME TAM TWEETER
Also made in France in the Focal workshops, this tweeter comprises an inverted dome cone made from an Aluminium/Magnesium alloy and moulded into the famous ‘M’ shape – a Focal exclusive. This profile lends it greater rigidity, reducing distortion, with a wider diffusion angle. It delivers an even finer treble/
VENTS
The Vestia loudspeakers feature a vent towards the front for more frontal impact, in addition to one at the back for an encompassing bass: a bass-reflex profile which enhances the depth of the soundstage.
