This innovative combination of aluminum butyl insulation mat as a base and a layer of acoustic foam as a top layer effectively reduces unwanted vibration from the door outer panel or door panel and eliminates sound reflections in the door for an unmistakably more impressive bass reproduction. The aluminum layer provides additional stability, and the butyl significantly reduces the natural resonance of the cladding part to be insulated, such as the door panel.
Zealum Sound Control Finish is designed as a one-step solution, but can of course also be combined with Zealum Sound Control Base as a final layer.
