All about the A642DSP DSP amplifier
Ideal upgrade for factory systems – the compact 5-channel amplifier A642DSP from AXTON allows you to make extensive sound adjustments with the digital sound processor. Via the integrated Bluetooth interface, you can easily stream your own music collection to the amplifier. To do this, just pair your smartphone with the amp, press play – and the music collection of your cell phone is wirelessly available in the car, motorhome or truck, even if the radio has no corresponding interfaces.
Hi-Res audio files can be played back via the car audio system thanks to the additional optical or coaxial inputs. For this, you need the separately available streaming interface ABT50 as an accessory: simply plug it into the amplifier and enjoy your favorite music in original studio master quality.
The digital sound processor features useful tools such as: time alignment, freely configurable frequency filters (6/12/18/24 dB), gain control per channel, a freely configurable parametric 31-band equalizer per channel or 5-band EQ for the subwoofer channel.
The DSP is controlled via Bluetooth using an app that is available free of charge for iOS and Android smartphones. With this app, all functions are clearly displayed so that even newcomers can make the DSP settings without prior knowledge. The settings can be saved on the power amplifier or on the cell phone.
A separately available remote control can be connected to the A642DSP to adjust the overall level and bass boost or mute the volume at any time. Thanks to plug & play connection, including auto-turn-on function, and the 5-channel DSP-controlled preamplifier outputs, this power amplifier offers a wide range of applications.
