All about the A594DSP DSP-Amplifier
The new AXTON DSP amplifier A594DSP is not only super strong in terms of features, but also in price. The new generation now offers a stereo preout for the subwoofer channels. Thus, under-seat basses, footwell basses or kick basses can be set separately in 3-way systems. Of course, each DSP channel is equipped with a parametric 31 band EQ, crossovers up to 24 dB/oct, delay correction and phase correction. The revised crossover now offers three filter characteristics: Butterworth, Linkwitz and Bessel. The new 9-band INPUT EQ ensures that all signal sources have an identical frequency response. The newly integrated channel routing significantly simplifies the assignment of channels. What was previously solved via cable adapters at the input, is now done with a few moves in the AXTON DSP app. The optical output allows the lossless transfer of the audio signal via optical fiber to another Axton DSP amplifier with optical input. In fact, with this concept it is theoretically possible to create an INFINITE number of DSP channels. The integrated Class D amplifier drives 4 output channels with up to 4 x 50 W RMS. That’s enough power for the stock speakers and also a great sounding drive for retrofitted speaker systems. The other 2 preouts can be conveniently routed to an Axton A201, for example, giving you a powerful amplifier combination with 4 x 50 W RMS + 2 x 150 W RMS, applicable to the multi-channel systems of many car manufacturers. The optionally available plug & play connection cable is also reasonably priced – the Axton range covers over 30 car brands. The interface ABT50 enables the playback of Hi-Res Audio or music in studio master quality via the A594DSP.
