Dealer Quotes.
If you are one of our esteemed partners and you have not yet been granted dealer access then please contact your PowerSound representative.
Ordering Process:
- Add desired items to your cart & proceed to checkout.
- During Checkout make sure you are logged-in and your billing details are correct; Select your desired payment and delivery methods and then click “Request a Quote”
- Your quote has been submitted for review and a member of the PS Team will process it as soon as possible. The status of the Quote can be checked in the Quotes section of your account.
- Once a member of staff has processed your Quote request it’s status will change from “New” to “Pending” and you will need to either Accept or Reject the quote in your account.
- Once the Quote has been accepted it’s status will change to “Accepted” and an order will appear in the Orders section of your account with a “Pending Payment” status.
- If you are paying via Bank Transfer there will be a note in the order info. with our Bank details in order for you to process the bank transfer relating to the order. If you have chosen to make alternative payment arrangements a member of our team will be in contact with you regarding this.
- Once the payment has been processed the order status will become “Complete” and the items will be made available to you either for pickup from our Strovolos Showroom or packaged for pre-arranged courier / bespoke delivery island-wide.
Retail Customer Quotes.
Our esteemed customers & friends are able to request a quote direct from the checkout and a member of staff will process your request.
Alternatively we would love for you to pass by our Strovolos Showroom and one of our sale representatives will be able to deal with your purchase enquiry.
