3-WAY FLOORSTANDING LOUDSPEAKER
Aria Evo X N°3 is a 3-way floorstanding loudspeaker with an elegant design and small footprint. With its impressive dynamics, boosted bass is what sets it apart from the Aria Evo X N°2. With three subwoofers, it will make a spectacular impact in any Home Cinema setup.
The speaker drivers’ Flax cone, made from French flax fibre, delivers a very natural sound without colouration, with rich reproduction of the midrange and powerful bass. The treble is very smooth and clear thanks to the Focal TAM tweeter.
Aria Evo X N°3 embodies the essence of acoustics for music and film lovers, making it a distinguished hi-fi loudspeaker that is a benchmark in its category.
BALANCED AND DYNAMIC
SILKY SMOOTH TREBLE
A Focal innovation, made in France, the TAM tweeter offers a wide diffusion angle and greater definition of sound, without directionality. Comprising an ‘M’-shaped aluminium/magnesium inverted dome cone, it delivers flawless harmonic balance and detailed treble of impressive finesse and clarity.
DESIGN AND FINISHES
The loudspeakers in the Aria Evo X line (floorstanding, library and centre) are available in three finishes: Black High Gloss, Prime Walnut and Moss Green High Gloss. Combining leather-effect front panels with these finishes gives the products real character and sophistication. Supplied with the loudspeakers, the magnetic grilles ensure an ideal, discreet integration into any living spaces.
PERFECTLY DEFINED MIDRANGE
The TMD surround with harmonic damper is a patented Focal innovation that enhances the midrange and eliminates all vibrations. Mastering the midrange is dependent on the surround that lies between the solid frame of the speaker driver and the mobile cone. Thanks to the expertise of our acoustical engineers, we have found the answer in TMD (Tuned Mass Damper) technology, which stabilises the surround to homogenise the timbres even more and creates sound neutrality.
FLAX CONE
Patented by Focal and made in our workshops, the Flax cone is a French flax fibre sandwich between two sheets of glass fibre. It ticks all the boxes for a high-fidelity cone: it is lightweight for good dynamics, rigid to support the bass and dampening to deliver a neutral and natural sound, without colouration. It also reproduces a rich midrange and is incredibly sharp at low frequencies.
